Stan Van Gundy has stated that he hopes to reduce the workload of both Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Morris for this upcoming season.
This comes as no surprise considering both players averaged 35+ minutes per game. With added depth to the Pistons this year, reducing their minutes shouldn’t be a real issue for the teams success. Of the two players, KCP should have more fantasy value and could sneak under the radar like his did last year and provide solid mid-round value. Look for Stanley Johnson to take over most of those minutes and take another step forward in his development this year. He could be a sneaky pickup if he starts hitting his shots.
