• Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
    G, Los Angeles Lakers

Free agent Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will meet with the Clippers.

It's a little bit of a surprise as the Clippers have a lot of backcourt players on the roster already, but they could be looking at KCP to replace Austin Rivers. A competent perimeter defender and a streaky 3-point shooter, Caldwell-Pope should attract other suitors but won't be looking at a huge deal. He played on a one-year pact with the Lakers last season after the Pistons let him go when they acquired Avery Bradley. KCP didn't do a ton to increase his value but has a skillset that someone will value on the open market.
