Khris Middleton needed 15 shots to score 13 points in Sunday’s loss, connecting on only five attempts from the field.
Middleton was a dreadful 1-of-8 from three point range but was at least able to chip in with five boards, four assists and a steal. He’s been a top-50 guy over the past month despite some shooting woes and provided a nice mid-year boost for any owners lucky enough to stash him. He’s a key cog in the Bucks’ rotation and will be called on to defend any number of high-profile wings in the postseason, which should be fun to watch. Since the injury wiped out most of his season and he’s about to get some major TV exposure, don’t expect to get him so cheaply next season. Middleton is already a terrific fantasy player whose about to be found out by anyone who was living under a rock these past two years.
