Klay Thompson was fairly subdued against the Wizards, scoring just 13 points with three triples and two steals on Wednesday night.
Thompson’s 3-point output has been steadily declining since November and he finished February with just 2.7 makes from behind the arc on average. That’s still pretty good but not the world-beating type of stuff we’re used to from Klay. Consistent as they come, there’s nothing to worry about here. If anything it should be taken as a sign that he’ll have at least one good torrid stretch before season’s end.
