Despite being a game-time decision because of a sprained right ankle, Klay Thompson logged 41 minutes in Game 1 and produced 13 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers.
Thompson might've caught some breaks on few plays that had the Rockets complaining about the lack of whistles, but he was largely excellent when you account for his bum ankle. Not many guys can go from having a "messed up" ankle to chasing James Harden around for 41 minutes. Thompson did take a spill in the first half but was obviously able to return, so we're expecting him to be ready for Game 2.
