Klay Thompson played 37 minutes in a win against the Hawks on Monday, finishing with 20 points on 8-of-18 from the field, three 3-pointers, four boards, two dimes, one steal, one block and two turnovers.
This is more or less what he does on a nightly basis. Many people expected his efficiency to increase by a lot, but that’s still a work in progress. His lack of defensive stats are disappointing, but might see improvement as the year goes on. He’s a top-50 player on the season so far, and he’s likely to be that the rest of the way. Hopefully you didn’t draft him too early.
