Klay Thompson led the way in Saturday’s 122-105 victory, scoring 25 points on 10-of-14 shooting with five 3-pointers and three rebounds.
It’s a pretty hollow stat line but Thompson got lots of points and a handful of threes on great efficiency, so nobody will really be complaining. His 10 points in the third helped put this one out of reach and the Warriors didn’t really need a supernova performance from any of their stars against a depleted San Antonio group. Klay’s solid night was more than enough, and it’s this type of consistent production that makes him such a great fantasy asset even if people only rave about his scorched earth quarters.
