Klay Thompson (sprained right ankle) is questionable for Sunday's Game 1 against the Rockets, and Steve Kerr said that his status will be determined after further pregame treatment.
Thompson downplayed his injury last night and was able to log 38 minutes, so we're still fully expecting him to be out there and play through some discomfort. If he's hobbled at all it'll give a nice boost to James Harden, not that he needs the help. Check back tomorrow for another update on Thompson's condition. Marcus Thompson of The Athletic is saying that Thompson's ankle is in "bad shape" while Kerr called it "significant," and that might be bad news with such a quick turnaround between Game 6 against the Clippers and tomorrow's matinee with Houston.
