Kristaps Porzingis finished Monday’s loss to the Clippers with 18 points, two dimes, 11 boards, two steals on 9-of-16 from the field and 0-of-4 from range.
Porzingis sat out Thursday’s game against Brooklyn with a thigh injury, but retruned Monday night to post a double-double in 32 minutes. The Knicks are seven games back of the eighth spot in the playoffs, so we could start to see more nights like this where the young guys play. Luckily the seven-footer will be immune from this type of treatment as the Knicks want to keep him playing and developing his game.
