Kristaps Porzingis finished his injury-shortened campaign as a top-25 value, setting career-highs in points (22.7), steals (0.8), blocks (2.4) and 3-pointers (1.9).
The presence of Enes Kanter helped push KP away from glass work but owners were lucky to receive the elite combo of 1.9 threes and 2.4 blocks from the young Latvian. Porzingis' ACL tear limited him to just 48 games on the season, but that was still enough for him to return seventh round value (top-85/75). Minor back, ankle and knee problems caused him to miss seven other games scattered about the calendar but that's small potatoes compared to the ACL. Porzingis probably won't be ready for Opening Night but never say never. A real shame, too, as he was well on his way to meeting lofty expectations this season.
