Kyle Korver scored 12 points, all on four 3-pointers, to go with three rebounds, an assist and a steal in the Cavs’ 100-97 win over the Pacers on Wednesday night.
Korver was part of a lineup adjustment made by Ty Lue on Wednesday night. Lue elected to remove Jeff Green and Rodney Hood from the starting lineup in favor of Korver and J.R. Smith. While the Cavaliers obviously needed every bit of LeBron James’ 46 points, this move appeared to really pay off. Korver finished a plus-15 and Smith, while not making any 3s, made big defensive plays finishing with five points, two steals and a block. Hood and Green were limited to only 29 minutes combined and based on Cleveland’s success on Wednesday night, it may stay that way for the rest of this series.
