LaMarcus Aldridge posted four points on 2-of-7 from the field and was -36 on the floor in Monday’s loss to the Rockets.
Aldridge has one of his worst games of the entire season. This coincided with one of Ryan Anderson’s best games of the season. Anderson hangs out way beyond the 3-point line and is a very tough cover for an old school power forward like Aldridge. Some defensive lineup changes could be in the works as the Spurs must adjust quickly to the Rockets pace and space system. The big man has been just average this postseason with 12 ppg on 45 percent shooting over his last five games. The Spurs need their forward to regain his old prowess to get back into the series. Game 2 is on Wednesday.
