• LaMarcus Aldridge
    PF, San Antonio Spurs

LaMarcus Aldridge double-doubled in Thursday’s 97-110 Game 3 loss to the Warriors with 18 points and 10 rebounds to go with four assists.

Aldridge went 6-for-10 from the floor which is a mark you like to see, except the field goal attempts are a bit low. The Spurs have no real shot creators outside of LMA and it’s a bit concerning that he took fewer shots than Tony Parker, Patty Mills and Rudy Gay. It’s a bit difficult to feed him the ball in the post as Draymond Green is all over him and pushing him out of the deep post area, but Aldridge has a strong high post game which could be utilized. It’s all easier said than done as the Warriors have a DPOY candidate guarding him with Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson lurking on the wings to double and trap.
