A missed rebound by LeBron James led to an extra scoring opportunity for the Miami Heat and ultimately what appears to be a season-ending injury for the newly acquired Andrew Bogut who was playing in his first game with the Cavs on Monday night.
The Andrew Bogut era lasted not even a minute for the Cavs after Bogut fractured his tibia in a collision with the Heat’s Okaro White. The missed rebound by James caused the Cavs to become discombobulated on defense and Bogut wound up covering White. Bogut went down after colliding with White’s leg. The Cavs will be hard-pressed to find another big man on the waiver wire bolster their bench. Bogut can be dropped in all fantasy formats. He had little value other than in rebounds anyway.
