LeBron James nailed a running, off-balance bank shot as the buzzer sounded to give the Cavs a 105-103 victory on Saturday night.
Just a casual 38 points, six rebounds, seven assists, three steals, one block and one 3-pointer. James shot 14-of-26 overall and 9-of-11 at the line after going just 5-for-14 from the charity stripe over the series' first two games. The Raptors erased a 17-point deficit and tied the game at 103 with eight seconds left, and LeBron calmly collected the inbounds pass and hit a ridiculous shot like nothing happened. He got plenty of easy buckets when the Raptors willingly stuck C.J. Miles on him on switches. It might not have mattered, and the series is essentially over at this point, but we'll see if they try and harass James more without switching in Game 4. He was perturbed with some physical ball denial and spent a lot of time lobbying with the refs tonight. Not that he can truly be stopped, but opponents are definitely gearing up to play him tight and body up as much as possible.
