Lloyd Pierce said that Trae Young's health has given him an edge in terms of being the team's starting point guard.
How diplomatic not to mention the draft pedigree. Young has started all of Atlanta's preseason games so far and the Hawks will still lean on Jeremy Lin, but can help keep him healthy by keeping his minutes in check in a bench role. Young should be able to help out in points, threes, assists and steals but there will be some growing pains along the way. He's not a recommended target this year unless you're willing to sustain some massive damage to your field goal percentage.
