Lonzo Ball felt some knee soreness after yesterday's 3-on-3 work at practice and while he could potentially return tomorrow, a Friday return remains more likely.
Ball would probably be playing through this knee contusion if the Lakers were in the playoff chase, but they're not and he's a potential shutdown candidate. It does seem like Ball is set on returning for the final few games, so owners are in a tough spot as it pertains to a drop. He's worth the trouble if you have an IR spot or are feeling good about where you stand this week, but otherwise you might not have a choice. Josh Hart, Alex Caruso and Tyler Ennis will split the point guard minutes until Ball is back.
