Luka Doncic posted his first career triple-double in Monday's loss to the Bucks, going for 18 points (6-of-17 FG, 4-of-5 FT), 11 rebounds, 10 assists, a steal, a block and two 3-pointers.
Yes, the shooting wasn't there today, but it's tough to complain much about Doncic overall. He's slowly trimming down the turnovers over the course of the year and the last piece of the puzzle, at least for his rookie season, is the free throw shooting. Doncic was good there today but is just .623 from the charity stripe in January, which is working to keep him in the middle-rounds of the fantasy rankings when he obviously has potential for so much more. Today he became the second-youngest player to ever record a triple-double. His ascent is going to be a joy to watch.
