Luol Deng played 34 minutes on Saturday, scoring 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting and grabbing eight rebounds.
Don’t look now, but Deng has quietly put together six straight useful games for fantasy owners, making him a waiver wire consideration for the first time all season. Over that timeframe, Deng has averaged 12.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game, giving the veteran forward a top-100 value over the last two weeks. More importantly, Deng is actually getting minutes, even with the return or Nick Young and D’Angelo Russell, logging at least 32 minutes a game in his last five of six opportunities. Add and ride him until the wheels fall off folks.
