• Mohamed Bamba
    C, Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic have selected center Mohamed Bamba with the sixth pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Bamba set the NBA combine record with a 7'10" wingspan. He should be be able to get boards and blocks fairly quickly, but his playing time in Orlando will be up in the air. He projects to be a decent 3-point shooter and has been working on changing his form since the college season ended. Bamba needs to get Steve Clifford's approval before heavy minutes come. With Nikola Vucevic on the roster, Bamba may be looking at only 20 minutes per game but his combination of boards, blocks, and treys may allow him to put up top-100 value as a rookie.
