Malcolm Brogdon logged 32 minutes off the bench on Monday, scoring 10 points with three assists and two 3-pointers.
Brogdon shot 4-of-13 from the floor and is usually not this inefficient, but owners can take away some positives from this game. He shot the ball a lot, more than any player not named Giannis Antetokounmpo and he played more minutes than the rest of the bench combined. Coach Kidd has been wildly inconsistent with his rotations and it’s a given that Brogdon should be playing 30 minutes a night, but the reality is that he might sink back into a sub-20 minute role in the next outing. He’s still a top-100 play and a hold in standard leagues and owners will just have to remain patient and hope that Kidd comes to his senses and plays his best players.
