Kenneth Faried scored 25 points on 11-of-13 from the floor to go with seven rebounds and a block in 19 minutes of action during Wednesday night’s win over the Lakers.
Faried, who has been rather grumpy about his new-found bench role, took out some of his frustrations on the Lakers. Performances like tonight could get him out of the frontcourt shuffle behind guys like Paul Millsap and Mason Plumlee. But it’s more likely to work wonders on his trade value. As is, Faried is not expected to get the minutes to be a fantasy asset.
