The Celtics slotted Marcus Morris in as the starting power forward on Sunday, and he responded by producing 12 points, seven rebounds and two steals in 23 minutes.
Morris shot 4-of-10, but you’re not expecting him to help much in that department anyway. The starting job is encouraging even if it hasn’t come alongside starter’s minutes just yet, and Morris’ role should eventually be large enough to sustain top-150 value. He’s not an exciting play, but he’ll be steady.
