Markieff Morris said Tuesday, "I'm finally 100 percent, so I feel good."
"My play is gonna speak for itself." Morris was rehabbing from an ankle injury last summer in addition to sports hernia surgery, but this summer has been positive so far. Morris is entering a contract year and sounds confident in his ability to bounce back from a down season. Morris also mentioned how the team needs to win, and that he believes Dwight Howard will fit well with the locker room. While this remains to be seen, Howard will likely take a few touches and possibly boards from Morris. Being healthy is the main factor for Morris who saw a decrease of 4.2 minutes per game from 2016-17 to 2017-18.
