Marvin Bagley finished his rookie season with averages of 14.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 0.5 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.5 3-pointers on .504 from the field and .691 from the line in just over 25 minutes a night.
Bagley's season saw him bring a little more to the table defensively than initially expected, which was nice to see, but he'll still need to round out his game a bit more before he's reliant on workload to get the job done. The rookie did go top-100 for about a month around the season's end, and that's a nice range for him in the near future. He's a pretty polished scorer and can get to his spots fairly routinely, so it's just be about expanding his game and adding more tricks to the bag even though the current stuff generally works out. One concern is the fact that Bagley missed five games with a left knee sprain and 11 more with a left knee bone bruise, but considering his strong finish to the year we're not overly worried.
