Marvin Bagley scored 22 points on 10-of-20 shooting with 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks over 38 minutes in the Kings' 120-105 loss to the Raptors on Tuesday.
If you watch the way certain Kings media are covering the situation, it's as if everybody is already prepared and/or promoting Bagley in the starting lineup, which is kind of how this market works. Bagley has some devastating interior moves but he won't get this much usage on most nights, as De'Aaron Fox and Nemanja Bjelica were rested in this one, though Bjelica might have been delivered news that he's no longer getting significant minutes so Bagley and Harry Giles can play. Because of free throw issues, it'll be hard for Bagley to step into mid-round value from now through the end of the season.
