• Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had five points on 2-for-7 shooting while Marvin Williams had six points, six rebounds and four steals on 2-for-8 shooting on Wednesday.

Kidd-Gilchrist and Williams have both been hurt by Dwight Howard‘s presence on the team, which has pushed them both further outside. They are no longer able to provide the consistent rebounding that they did last season. MKG has taken the bigger hit due to his limited shooting ability. Williams can provide late-round value but they are both more suited for a role as a turnover specialist. It just seems difficult to roster a player just because they take care of the ball.
