• Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
    F, Charlotte Hornets

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist racked up 10 points (2-of-6 from the field, 6-of-6 from the line), 12 boards, two assists, a steal, a block and a turnover in 22 minutes in Friday’s preseason defeat of the Celtics.

Charlotte is really going to push the pace this year and that’ll help MKG’s high-energy transition game. His rebounds will also be helped by Dwight Howard leaving town. Even with reduced minutes as coach Borrego wants to have a more dynamic offense, Kidd-Gilchrist has a chance to match his 2016-17 season when he returned top-95 value in 9-cat. His low-turnover game is better suited for roto and he’s not even being drafted in most 12-teamers, though owners in deeper leagues should start paying attention if he can keep it up.
