Monta Ellis will take C.J. Miles’ place in the starting lineup in the Pacers’ matchup against the Sixers on Sunday.
According to the Pacers, this move took place because of an injury that occurred to Glen Robinson III and the team is hoping that this starting lineup will “play a little faster.” Ellis had been outplaying C.J. over the last week anyway, posting top-110 value while CJ was outside the top-125. Neither one is a great play, but the Sixers defense isn’t amazing and the Pacers have reason to play hard because they’re battling for a playoff spot, so if there isn’t anyone better on your wire feel free to start Ellis.
