Montrezl Harrell led the Clippers with 24 points on 10-of-13 from the field in 21 minutes, adding seven rebounds, five assists, a block and two turnovers in Wednesday’s 143-137 overtime win over the Jazz.
Harrell came into the season with fairly low expectations in the fantasy community as evidenced by an average ADP in the 150s, meaning he went undrafted in many leagues. The man they call Trez blew those expectations out of the water, finishing No. 73 in 9-cat and No. 77 in 8-cat in per game value. Since he only missed one game all season, his total value landed in the top-50 in 8 and 9-cat. The only knock on his game is the 64.2 percent he shot on free throws but that was a career high and he hit almost 70 percent of his freebies over the last two months of the season. Harrell’s weighted field goal percentage gave him the fourth-best field goal impact all season. He’s a bundle of raw energy off the bench and he’ll look to reprise that role next year.
