• Luka Doncic
    PG-SF, Dallas Mavericks

The NBA has announced that Luka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpo were named as the NBA’s Western and Eastern Players of the Month for October/November.

The 20-year-old Doncic has been unbelievable in his sophomore year with top-4 value across the board as an early MVP candidate. Giannis started the year with 19 double-doubles, fresh off his first MVP campaign.

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo
    PF, Milwaukee Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo (right quad tendon soreness) is questionable for Friday's tilt vs. the Grizzlies.

Giannis missed his first game of the season on Wednesday but the Bucks had no problem earning their 22nd win of the season without their MVP. They will be cautious with Giannis as they sit firmly in the top spot of the Eastern Conference and their main objective is to win come May and June. If Giannis sits out again, Ersan Ilyasova should see more opportunity and can be viewed as a streaming candidate when Antetokounmpo is out.

  • Jeff Teague
    PG, Minnesota Timberwolves

Jeff Teague is listed as questionable to play in Friday's contest vs. the Clippers as he nurses a sore ankle.

Teague was questionable heading into Wednesday's contest but finished with a season-high 32 points in nearly 36 minutes. Continue to monitor for updates if he is on your roster. If he sits out, Shabazz Napier will get more run as the backup point guard.

  • Keita Bates-Diop
    SF, Minnesota Timberwolves

Keita Bates-Diop is questionable to face the Clippers on Friday with flu-like symptoms.

Bates-Diop is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive contest with an illness. If he misses Friday's game, expect to see more minutes from the starters and Jeff Teague off the bench.

  • Iman Shumpert
    SG, Free Agent

The Nets have waived Iman Shumpert on Thursday.

This move comes at a time when Wilson Chandler is expected back from his 25-game suspension. Shumpert is a free agent for now but there is a possibility that he ends up on another team at some point this season. He is off the fantasy radar.

  • Grayson Allen
    SG, Memphis Grizzlies

Grayson Allen (right ankle soreness) will not suit up for Friday's tilt vs. the Bucks.

The Grizzlies have already ruled out Ja Morant, Brandon Clarke and Grayson Allen for this game. Allen has averaged 18.9 minutes per game off the bench for the Grizzlies this year. De'Anthony Melton, Marko Gudurić, Kyle Anderson and Tyus Jones will likely see some if not all of Allen's minutes on Friday night.

  • Brandon Clarke
    PF, Memphis Grizzlies

Brandon Clarke (oblique) will be rested on Friday against the Bucks but is expected to play on Saturday vs. the Wizards.

Both Ja Morant and Clarke will sit out of the Grizzlies' first game of their back-to-back this weekend. Clarke returned from a four game absence on Wednesday and had a nice game in his return. Clarke is expected to play on Saturday vs. the Wizards. Solomon Hill and Bruno Caboclo could see additional minutes off the bench on Friday night but neither player is worth a roster spot in standard leagues.

  • JA Morant
    PG, Memphis Grizzlies

Ja Morant will sit out of Friday's game vs. the Bucks due to a back injury.

This missed game is a precaution for Morant as the Grizzlies are about to embark on their second consecutive back-to-back this weekend. Ja is expected to play in the second game of their back-to-back against the Wizards on Saturday. Tyus Jones and De'Anthony Melton should see additional opportunity in Friday's contest.

  • Chandler Hutchison
    SF, Chicago Bulls

Chandler Hutchison (right shoulder sprain) was able to take part in a contact session of 3-on-3 at Thursday's practice but remains unlikely to play this weekend.

It's his first contact since getting hurt at the end of November. Kris Dunn stands to lose the most when Hutchison returns, though Otto Porter's ever-extending timeline creates some breathing space for both players, who are Chicago's only real options at the SF spot with OP out. Dunn is the better fantasy play because of his steals prowess but Hutchison is worth a look in deeper formats simply because there's almost no competition for minutes.

  • Malik Monk
    SG, Charlotte Hornets

Malik Monk (right finger discomfort) is probable for Friday.

Monk missed Wednesday's game but should be good to go tomorrow. Feel free to get him in your lineups if he'd normally be there.

  • Marvin Williams
    PF, Charlotte Hornets

Marvin Williams (right knee soreness) will not play on Friday.

Williams has missed the last three games and it doesn't look like his condition has improved all that much. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist has benefited the most by simply getting back into the rotation, but PJ Washington remains the only guy currently on the standard-league map among Charlotte's forwards.
