Playing for the first time in 15 games on Monday, Nemanja Bjelica played six minutes with one points, two rebounds and a boneheaded foul.
Bjelica nicked the arm of Kyle Kuzma as he fired up a half court attempt at the end of a quarter, which surely won’t win him any favor with the coaching staff. He’s got a long way to go to before getting into the fantasy conversation, and his biggest impact in the near future might be chipping away at Gorgui Dieng‘s potential power forward minutes. Dieng played 16 minutes tonight with five points, a triple and two rebounds. That’s down from 21 and 23 minutes over his last two games, so the math checks out. Dieng is a stash at this point while Bjelica is basically irrelevant.
