• Nemanja Bjelica
    SF/PF, Minnesota Timberwolves

Nemanja Bjelica came off the bench to lead the Wolves in scoring on Wednesday night, coming away with 16 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in the big Game 2 loss to the Rockets.

The bench got a lot more run than normal as the Wolves were getting annihilated early on. Gorgui Dieng logged 24 minutes and swatted three shots. The offense leaned on Derrick Rose again, which is not a good sign, as he got nine shots up. And Bjelica came on strong in his 19 minutes. Minnesota clearly needs to try some new things as the series comes to their home-floor. Giving Bjelica more minutes to see if that helps the offense out is a possibility for Saturday night’s Game 3.
