Brian Lewis of the New York Post speculates that the Nets could change their starting lineup as a result of their latest four-game losing streak.
The two switches he mentioned were Jarrett Allen for Tyler Zeller and Caris LeVert for Allen Crabbe. The move at center would be a nice one for fantasy purposes, as Allen has shown strong shot blocking potential and already makes for a solid stash. The Nets seemed prime to increase his workload throughout the year, and a move into the starting lineup would just accelerate that process. Zeller’s loss wouldn’t be felt in any fantasy leagues. LeVert for Crabbe would be far more nuanced, as both players have delivered stretches of fantasy value in their current roles. LeVert has been hot as of late but Crabbe has maintained steady late-round value. He’s still worth holding even if the change comes to fruition, while LeVert would be worth scooping up wherever he’s currently unowned.
