The Nets will fill Jarrett Allen’s role with a committee approach on Tuesday night.
Allen’s absence will leave a void at the center spot, and the Nets don’t have anyone really capable of filling that role in a strict sense. Jahlil Okafor was thought to be the leading candidate but wasn’t at the top of Kenny Atkinson’s list in the pregame media session. Instead, he opted to mention Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Dante Cunningham first while also making time for Quincy Acy. No matter what, look for the Nets to use a lot of smaller lineups tonight. RHJ is the only one that fantasy owners can really trust even though it will be Cunningham who starts.
