Nicolas Batum (nine points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals, two blocks) and Jeremy Lamb (nine points, eight rebounds, four assists, one steal) played almost an even 50/50 minutes split tonight with Batum earning 31 minutes while Lamb saw 30 in Monday’s win over the Knicks.
After a promising few games in a return from an elbow injury that kept him sidelined to start the season, Batum has been largely disappointing considering his mid-round draft price. Lamb, on the other hand, was likely widely available on standard league wires and admirably served as a top-100 asset while Batum was sidelined. Batum was likely dealing with some lingering issues from the injury, and should return to his status as a mid-round player, while Lamb is at least worth holding for the moment while he continues to get run, but is not a must-own player if a better option hits the wire.
