• Nikola Mirotic’s struggles continued Saturday as he played just 13 minutes and didn’t score a point while starting in place of Dwayne Wade (rest).

Granted Mirotic wasn’t the only one. Many of the Bull’s players struggled against a lottery bound Mavericks team. The swingman recorded no stats aside from five rebounds and shot 0-of-4 from the field.  It’s tough to hang onto Mirotic outside of deeper leagues at this point. The Bulls have depth at power forward with Taj Gibson and Bobby Portis which means Mirotic will only see minutes behind Jimmy Butler at small forward. Plus the Bulls are bottom-8 in the league is possessions per game which puts a cap on statistical offensive opportunities.
