Otto Porter turned in a versatile line on Wednesday against the Hawks, dropping 17 points, five boards, one assist, two steals, one block and two triples.
These all-around performances are becoming a bit of a calling card for Porter, as he returned second round value this season thanks to his ability to chip in across the board. Porter only attempted four shots tonight, but more than made up for it with his 10 trips to the foul line (where he made nine free throws). Porter feasted off the chaos created by Bradley Beal and John Wall, ducking in behind the defense for easy points and drilling open looks when the ball swung his way. He’ll be looking to keep things rolling on Friday in Atlanta.
