Thad Young finished with 20 points, three assists, eight boards and one steal on 10-of-15 from the field in a win over the Sixers on Monday.
Young has been playing well since March 28th which was the first game Al Jefferson (ankle) missed. During Jefferson’s eight game absence Young has taken full advantage averaging 15.3 points, 1.9 assists, 8.3 boards and 0.9 steals on 58 percent shooting. That’s good for top-50 per game value. Owners who held onto him during his long mid-season low period were rewarded with great production during a crucial time. The Pacers season finale is Wednesday against the Hawks.
