Tony Parker scored just six points on 3-of-5 shooting but one of them was a 20-foot game-winner to lead France over Serbia by the score of 76-75 on Wednesday.
Parker added two assists and two steals as he’s at the stage of his career where teammates do the heavy lifting. Still, he showed he has the clutch gene that has made him an NBA champion and that’s what the Spurs will be counting on him for this year, as well. Nic Batum added 11 points, three assists and two steals, and Rudy Gobert had three points, six boards, one steal and two blocks in the win.
