According to Fred Katz of the Norman Transcript, Patrick Patterson underwent a scope on his left knee and is our 4-6 weeks.
Patterson should be good to go for the start of the regular season but it may be a stretch for him to be ready for the beginning of training camp. After Taj Gibson signed with the Wolves, the Thunder went hard after Patterson signing the former Raptor to a three-year deal for just over $16 million. Patterson could be a nice piece for the roster as he has been a solid stretch four shooting 37 percent from distance over the last three seasons. Look for him to get minutes in the mid 20s as his competition for playing time is Nick Collison and Jerami Grant. He is off the fantasy radar for now but keep an eye on him for a cheap source of threes from a big especially in roto leagues with Westbrook and PG-13 drawing most of the defensive attention.
