Paul George shot 8-of-17 from the field and 5-of-5 from the line to finish with 25 points while adding four treys, 11 boards a steal and a block in Sunday’s 104-101 win over the Rockets.
PG13 started the game on fire and scored 16 of his 25 in the first quarter. Thankfully, George has not experienced any setbacks from his leg injury which rendered him questionable for Saturday’s game.
Monta Ellis also stuffed the stat sheet with 23 points (10-of-18 from the field, 2-of-3 FT), one 3-pointer, seven assists, six boards, three steals and a block. Ellis has been great after a slow start to the season and really carried the Pacers down the stretch. Both guys should obviously be in lineups next week.
