• Paul George scored 22 points and pulled down seven rebounds in Sunday’s 86-85 victory over Melbourne United.

He played a total of 39 minutes and was on the floor during the game’s final moments. Coach Donovan decided to let his starters play ample minutes today to see what they could do and while it wasn’t pretty it’s clear that PG13 and Carmelo Anthony will be getting their shots up. George didn’t shoot well from the field going 5-for-17 but he only had two turnovers and hit three from deep. His workload should remain relatively similar to last season so expect him to be taken around the early second round.
