With the Nuggets one game out of the last playoff spot in the Western Conference, Paul Millsap and Nikola Jokic are finally starting to mesh on the court.
Before his wrist injury, Paul Millsap was barely inside the top-70 in 9-cat leagues, but lately he's turned the corner. Over the past two weeks Millsap has been the No. 25 player in 9-cat leagues, averaging 19.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.7 blocks on a blistering 60.0 percent shooting from the field. The Nuggets are letting things run through Nikola Jokic more, which makes the game flow much smoother than when they were trying to force feed Millsap on the offensive end. It helps that Gary Harris has been sidelined which means there's more touches to go around, but it looks like things are shaping up for the dynamic frontcourt. Hopefully we see this carry over into next year as Millsap was a major letdown during the beginning of the season considering his ADP.
