The Bulls were dismantled by a 71-118 score on Wednesday, but Paul Zipser was able to post 12 points, three triples and two steals in one of the Bulls’ only decent showings.
Chicago was throttled in the fourth quarter to the tune of 44-11, but Zipser was the starting small forward and got his work in early. He shot 4-of-8 from the floor and hit half of his six threes, so we’ll have to see if this lineup configuration sticks. Zipser came on strong last year and eventually worked his way into the Bulls’ closing lineup, and at this point anyone who has a good grip on a starting job is at least worth keeping an eye on in deep leagues.
