The Pistons want to award Christian Wood with a regular season roster spot for his strong preseason play.

Wood and Joe Johnson had been competing throughout the entire preseason and the Pistons might end up keeping them both. The Pistons have got to move some things around to make him fit but he’ll be a valuable piece for them to hang onto going into the season.

Danuel House

PF, Houston Rockets

Danuel House (back) is probable to play against Portland at home on Monday.

House sat out three games with his back injury but should slot back into his usual role against the Blazers. He has been a pleasant surprise for both the Rockets and fantasy managers this year as he is currently sitting inside the top-60 in standard 9-cat formats on averages of 12-3-5 with 2.5 threes and 1.2 steals in a career high 29.2 minutes per game.

Kyrie Irving

PG, Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will not play against the Pacers on Monday night.

Kyrie has been playing at less than 100% and this will give him a few more days of rest to let his shoulder heal. His next chance to suit up will be Wednesday at home versus the Hornets. Spencer Dinwiddie should start in his absence.

Josh Okogie

SG, Minnesota Timberwolves

Josh Okogie (knee) is being listed as questionable for Monday's road game against the Utah Jazz per the NBA official injury report.

Okogie went through shoot-around and will be a game-time decision. Check back closer to tip-off but if he cannot play, Jarrett Culver and Jake Layman will soak up his minutes. If he can play, he may have an opportunity at an expanded role with Andrew Wiggins most likely sitting out.

Zach LaVine

PG, Chicago Bulls

Zach LaVine (ankle) will play at home against the Bucks on Monday.

LaVine has played his usual allotment of minutes since first rolling his ankle on November 12 and has actually been better in the past week with averages of 29-3-4 with 3.3 triples and 1.4 steals on 44% shooting from the field and 91% from the line. On the season he is returning top-45/75 value (8-cat/9-cat).

T.J. McConnell

PG, Indiana Pacers

T.J. McConnell (groin) has been ruled out for Monday's road game against the Nets.

This will be McConnell's second game on the sidelines and with Malcolm Brogdon still out, Aaron Holiday will continue to start for the Pacers at the point and his brother Justin Holiday will see more run. Naz Mitrou-Long also played 15 minutes on Saturday but he is far from providing value in anything but the deepest of formats.

Kyrie Irving

PG, Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving (shoulder) is listed as questionable on the official NBA injury report on Monday to play at home versus the Pacers.

Kyrie played through the injury at "less than 100% on Thursday against Denver" according to coach Kenny Atkinson and he first sustained the injury "after a hit he took on Tuesday November 11 against the Jazz." This may explain his sub-par shooting over the past two games that he played and hopefully sitting out on Saturday against the Bulls gave him some time to heal. He is still sitting inside the top-10 in standard league formats on the year and could sustain that value with Caris LeVert on the sideline for the near future. If Irving can not suit up, Spencer Dinwiddie would start at the point again and guys like Joe Harris and Taureen Prince would soak up more usage.

Mitchell Robinson

C, New York Knicks

Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is available to play on Monday against the New York Knicks.

Robinson missed a practice over the weekend but he was listed as probable and this report now confirms he will play Monday night. He is sitting inside the top-60 in 9-cat formats in only 19 minutes a game and if coach Fizdale were to ever let him loose, he would vault up much higher than that. However, it may take a change of job status for coach Fizdale in order for Robinson to truly unleash his potential but with all the discontent and rumors floating around about the Knicks coaching staff and front office, it may only be a matter of time before a change occurs.

Ante Zizic

PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Ante Zizic (plantar fasciitis) will play in Monday's road game against the New York Knicks.

Zizic just returned from a mult-week absence on Sunday with six points and two rebounds in 17 minutes but with Larry Nance Jr. (thumb), Kevin Love (back), and John Henson (hamstring) all ruled out, he could be thrust into a meaningful role on Monday. He may be a popular DFS play but a wait and see approach should be taken in standard season-long formats as Nance & Love should not be dealing with long term injuries.

Larry Nance Jr.

PF, Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance (left thumb sprain) has been ruled out for Monday's road game against the Knicks.

Nance recently saw a specialist for his thumb but there were little details revealed about the results. He will sit out tonight along with Kevin Love (back) which should open up a lot of minutes in the Cavaliers front court. Tristan Thompson and Cedi Osman will most likely get as much run as they can handle and Ante Zizic should be a part of the rotation and a sneaky DFS play with John Henson (hamstring) also still out.

Andrew Wiggins

SF, Minnesota Timberwolves

Andrew Wiggins (illness) will not play in Monday's road game against the Utah Jazz.

Wiggins did not travel with the team to Utah and his next chance to get back on the court will be on Wednesday versus Utah at home. With the uncertainty around his availability he may be difficult to start in weekly formats as the Wolves only have 2 more games this week. Josh Okogie and Jarret Culver will continue to soak up his minutes and Karl-Anthony Towns should continue absorbing a lot of the usage.
