• Jakob Poeltl
    C, Toronto Raptors

Jakob Poeltl had possibly the best game of his career on Wednesday night, running right through the Magic for 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting, eight rebounds, a career-high five assists, two steals and three blocks in 28 minutes of work.

Poeltl has made tremendous strides this year, improving as a screener and a help defender to the point where he’s now a supremely valuable piece on both ends of the floor. The young Austrian has a block in 10 straight contest and is seeing extra minutes as part of a bench group that’s been eating opponents alive all month long. Though he’s always had excellent instincts on the glass, he’s now much more active as a roll man and has shown great improvement as a finisher. After posting top-65 value over the last month, Poeltl is most certainly worth an add if you need rebounds, blocks and a big field goal percentage boost.
