Rajon Rondo finished with 20 points, six assists, seven boards and a steal on 8-of-15 from the field, 3-of-6 from deep and 1-of-1 from the stripe in Monday’s win over the Hornets.
With the other Bulls point guards failing to make an impact, Fred Hoiberg turned back to Rondo to start and he delivered. He has had a bit of a rough go of it in March but in 8-cat leagues there is enough value and upside to make him a must-own player in 12-team formats and most 10-team formats. In 9-cat leagues he’s worth a hard look but remember he loses about 2-3 rounds of value. Rondo profiles well as a guy that can usher the Bulls through the end of a dying season, but as we’ve seen anything can happen in Chicago.
