Rajon Rondo, sticking in the starting lineup after his monstrous triple-double against Brooklyn, managed eight points, five rebounds, eight assists, two triples and a block in 30 minutes on Monday night.
Rondo has a few legitimately outstanding lines to his name this year but in the aggregate this one is probably a bit above par. It’s been a season of extremes for the mercurial point guard, but he should stick in this neighborhood (deep shooting excepted) so long as he’s starting. Standard league owners shouldn’t bother unless dimes are in short supply.
