The Lakers announced that Rajon Rondo has been cleared for non-contact basketball activity.
Rondo broke his hand on November 14 and is still looking at a couple more weeks on the sidelines, so there's no need to go scoop him back up just yet. The Lakers haven't been overly impressive with Rondo out, so it's possible that he can take the starting job back from Lonzo Ball once he's ready to return. Ball's still the better player to own in fantasy but this could be a year-long headache when both players are healthy.
